At Chocolate Drip, we bake everything fresh and send it with love—and lots of gooey goodness. Here's how our shipping works:

📍 Delivery Areas

We currently offer:

  • Local Delivery across the Gold Coast

  • Pick-up from our home kitchen in Reedy Creek, QLD

  • Postal Shipping Australia-wide 

🕒 Delivery Days & Timeframes

  • Orders close Friday 9pm for weekend delivery/pick-up

  • Local deliveries occur Friday to Sunday, depending on your suburb

  • Postal orders are shipped via AusPost or courier only Monday and Tuesday (to ensure freshness of cookies)

Please allow for express shipping times (usually 2–7 business days) for Australia-wide orders.

📦 Shipping Costs

  • Local delivery: Flat fee from $5 – $15 (based on suburb)

  • Pick-up: Free

  • Standard shipping: Calculated at checkout

📬 Shipping Notifications

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is:

  • Received

  • Baked & packed

  • Out for delivery or shipped

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Please double-check your delivery address—we can’t refund for incorrect or incomplete info.

  • Once a parcel leaves our hands, it's in the care of the courier or AusPost. We’ll do everything we can to help with tracking issues.

Our cookies are packed to arrive safe and delicious—but if your order is damaged or incorrect, snap a pic and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll sort it out!
