We want you to love every bite of your Chocolate Drip experience! Since our cookies and desserts are handmade and perishable, we have a few guidelines in place:

❌ Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any food items. All sales are final once an order is placed.

💸 Refunds & Replacements

We’ll happily offer a refund or replacement if:

• Your order arrives incorrect
  

To be eligible, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with clear photos/videos of:

• The product and packaging, damage or issues

🚫 No Refunds or Replacements for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect address provided by customer

• Missed deliveries or late collection

• Orders not collected within agreed timeframe

📦 Pick-Up & Delivery Policy

We do our best to ensure smooth pick-ups and deliveries. If there’s a delay or issue on our side, we’ll make it right. If you're running late or miss your pick-up window, please contact us ASAP—but we can’t guarantee refunds for missed collections.
